You need someone to help you make changes, set you up for success and - most importantly - get results. This is exactly what I do!

With an 18-year dance background both in teaching and competing, I pursued my career as a personal trainer 5 years ago. I have competed in 10 bikini contests with the most recent seeing me crowned the British champion. I specialise in resistance training for women as this is where my passion and expertise lies.
