About me

I have always been involved in training one way other another. At school, I played mainly high energy cardio type sports like football, golf, tennis and swimming. At the age of 22, I decided I was fed up being ‘skinny’ and started weight training. I was able to add two stone of muscle to my body in my first year of training. I never looked back. Since then I have won various men’s physique shows becoming a pro fitness model. Not bad for the ‘skinny’ boy.
