Arches of Your Feet
This is such a simple stretch but it can feel so good in the arches of the feet!
- Sit with your knees apart and big toes together.
- Tuck your toes so that you are on the balls of your feet and get that stretch into the arches of your feet.
- If you would like to get even more out of this position, very gently shift your body weight backwards and feeling a stretch down the front of the thighs.
And it’s as simple as that! You can come along Monday nights, Thursday morning and lunchtimes to our Ibiza Sunrise class to work through different stretches and learn to control your own body weight.
I usually ask at the start of the class if there are any particular areas that anyone would like to work on, so you get a stretch just for you! 😉
