BE PATIENT

This may be easier said than done, but you can’t expect results to happen overnight. Fitness is something that takes time to achieve and there be ups and downs along the way.

The key is to stick with it and not give up if you don’t see quick changes. If you are new to the gym or fitness it may take a little longer to familiarise ourselves with exercises or getting the muscles working properly.
