Measuring yourself and taking progress pictures are a great way to keep track of your progress.
Make sure you take measurements and photos before you start any exercise programme and do this about once or twice per month.
If you have a trainer, it’s important to check in with them when they require it as they are keeping close track of your progress too. Writing everything down and keeping track is great so you can look back and see how far you’ve come. Always great for motivation too.
